There was a snippet on Slashdot today about Laptops from 2015. These are concepts for laptops that we may be using the future. Naturally I took a look at this article and was very worried after seeing this. Very cool design indeed, but do you notice that it is still running Windows Vista!
We are all in trouble if laptops in 2015 are running Vista.
The latest update to Airport Extreme routers is amazing. I say that because not only can you now backup over the Airport (finally!), but it also works with Hardware RAID disks, such as my LaCie 500GB D2. This is so awesome I cannot even begin to explain it. I am backing up now and will post more when it finishes.

I have been using OmniFocus for a while now (since December which is eternity when you consider I used to switch my GTD system every month). Well my one problem was that I could not get the data to sync between my iPhone and my Macbook Pro.
Well with the announcement of the iPhone SDK the Omnigroup said right away that they would make this an app for the iPhone (yay!). But until then I needed something. Well I have decided to add some more to my system. I am using the Mail plug-in for OF now.
Basically now I send myself and email with the right parameters and OF adds it, very slick indeed. And now if I could figure out a way to get the task list on the iPhone, I guess for now I am going to either be printing or PDF and emailing it to myself. Can’t wait for iPhone 2.0.
Ok so you may have heard Steven Levy lost his Macbook Air, thinks he may have thrown it away. I do not feel bad, don’t want to be mean, but really? Take better care of your stuff.
